We've been busy preparing to launch a new support platform. Well the time has come, and as of today you will notice a new look to our support site.
Why you'll love this new platform?

- Provides our clients (you guys) with forums
- Provides the ability to submit and track your support requests
- Best of all, the above information is all held in the same place, making it more accessible and visible to everyone.
So what does this mean to you?
Firstly, you can still call our support line, but if you want to track your request, you will need to sign up to the new SP Support Centre and submit a request. It's a small change for you that will be well worth your while.
Because we are channeling ALL of our support through this new platform, we do ask that rather than contacting our staff directly, that you log-in to submit your request instead. This will help make the new platform more effective for everyone, and it will help us channel your request to the best person available to help you.
If you're wondering what has happened to the old support Wiki, we haven't deleted it yet, it will still be available for a period of time as we continue to update the new knowledge base from it.
