For any leagues using SportingPulse, we ARE creating these career records for players all over Australia, and worldwide in the SP Network.  We are looking to bring this to life over the next few months; capturing the career stats of 4.7 million people on SportingPulse.

If you want to be a part of it, you have to be using our Live and Mobile product offerings.  Capturing stats into your SportingPulse software means that the records will be available to your users, through web, tablet and mobile.  Sounds good?! read on..

'SP Live' is the SportingPulse suite of live scoring products; replacing the paper scoresheet with a digital version, accessible via mobile, tablet, touchscreen or browser.  

SP Live is available across a number of sports and in different formats - here's an example in courtside live scoring for basketball.

Stadium Scoring is currently in use for at least 10% of basketballers in Australia. This figure set to double in the next 6 months with the word spreading fast around the country and even overseas.

Why is it growing so fast?

• It is easier to learn than the traditional paper scoresheet (parents cue: sigh of relief...). This is one program you won't need your kid to teach you how to use!

• The products are freely available for use if you're a partner of SportingPulse.

• Huge saving of admin time. Not only do competition administrators no longer have to enter scores into their database manually to stay on top of their ladders and finals eligibility, but player points and fouls will also be automatically updated and accessible online (yes - even for the Under 10s C grade!).

• It's actually enjoyable, I was never one to enjoy sitting on the bench scoring, but knowing that the points and fouls that I was entering weren't being sent to the recycle bin is actually pretty cool (not to mention all the trees it will save… hello greenies!).

• Stadium Scoring can be used by multiple Leagues/Associations on the same court.

When Stadium Scoring was launched not too long ago, it was seen as a product that required significant investment to use. Now it's simply a plug-in program that takes a bit of training, and Associations are actually using it on affordable laptops at one-tenth of the price, meaning it's accessible to almost everyone now.

Every game is a moment in time shared by those involved. Some produce great moments that you will remember for a long time, and share with your team mates in the years to come, some you might choose to forget sooner rather than later!  What we do know, is that your kid won't be able to tell his kids that he kicked 10 goals in a grand final and get away with it if its not true! - the final scores and stats will be as available as any other official game stat; and available in an instant.
