Communicating with your team, club and league just got a whole lot easier - with the new Sportzware Membership Communicator.

SportingPulse is pleased to announce an exciting development that helps our sports administrators talk to their members.

You can now communicate with your members at all levels of your Online Membership Database – all you need is their email address. 

We’ve added one really important icon (ok, you can call it a button) and by clicking on it you can start to email groups of people within your association.

At any level - association/league, club or team - you can click on this icon and open Communicator, which will let you send email messages to players or coaches or officials or anyone at all in your Membership Database!
And there is more exciting development coming. You will soon be able to communicate with your members via SMS. This ‘Phase 2’ development to Communicator will allow you to top up your SMS credit, and send text messages to your members. This could include things like last minute changes to schedules and unpaid registration reminders.

What do you need to get started?
Just login to your Sportzware Online Membership Database and test out this new functionality. You can even create your own groups of people you regularly communicate with.

Don’t have access to your Online Membership Database?
Then have a chat with your league administrator - it could be that it’s waiting there for you to use.

Otherwise, ring our Support Desk on 1300 139 970 and we can determine if you have ever been given access to your Online Database and provide advice as to how this might be available for you.
