SportingPulse have revolutionised the Event Registration market with innovative solutions that have been used extensively throughout the Australia & the Asia Pacific Region. Our integrated websites and results solutions, as well as accreditation systems are world-class in design and ease of use.

Our events sites stand-alone. They are not a single page on a generic event site, but a fully integrated website with your custom look and feel including your sponsors, your logos and your colour schemes. The event system handles single events, multi-sport events (with distinct entry & pricing options) and event series. An organiser also has the option of using images to show course maps, venues or to sell event merchandise.

The beauty of our system is the depth in our backend administration system, member database reports and financial reporting capacity as well as the ability to brand individual websites and customise forms exactly to the needs of any event. This is not seen by participants who are more concerned with the ease of use of the system.
Our technology solutions are all designed and built in-house, meaning no projects or hosting of data is outsourced. Detailed Extra Features

Print and post in payment/ Manual entry processing
Any participant is able to print out details and post in a cheque if they do not want to use the online payment system. Whilst this is outside the normal realm of an Online Registration System, we have put administration functions in place whereby participant information is captured and when payment is received, an administrator can flag the payment against the details by way of email address or an ID number that appears on the printout and acts also as a receipt number. This allows manual payments to be processed and also eliminates the need for an administrator to fill in details of this competitor.

Discounting

Provision has been made for any type of discounts offered, plus the ability of the system to cap the number of events able to be entered in some cases. Also, the ability to choose multiples of certain fields is available.

Team Entries

Team entries with customised participant details, are a feature of our system and we can integrate team functionality in many ways, dependant on the information and payment type required. If you require a single team payment with a team list attached or if you require a team to be registered with individual payments, we have both options fully available within the system. SportingPulse have built the first online system of its kind in the world that specifically caters for any type of team entry.

Images can be added to event details to show course maps, venues, specific sponsors (if they are sponsoring one event in a multi-event, for instance) or even merchandising products with descriptions and the ability to purchase multiple quantities of any item.

Reporting & Administration

Full financial, team and participant reports are available by any chosen field within the database. Full participant and team reports are also available, including reporting accurately on any custom field within entry forms. Hundreds of reports, including banking batch summaries, sport by sport fees for multi-sport events, outstanding fees based on posted entries, confirmation letters, and certificates of participation are all presently available within the system, but we also build customised reports on a time and materials basis. Full reporting is in place whereby event administrator can report by chosen field within entry form, thus resulting in participant tracking and ease of communication in batching email addresses or reporting on competitor ID numbers, for example.

Also, a full administration system is available whereby a posted entry form can be put into the database and cancelled entry forms can be deleted from the system. Full Administration functionality including linking manual payments from entry forms completed online and sent in with payment, editing payments, part payments, refunds and cancellations, many transactional reports, banking batch reporting & full payment tracking and history.

Results Integration

Result integration is another major strength of our solution. In 2002, we serviced the 29 different events and 25,000 competitors of the World Masters Games with a full results portal by integrating with existing software used by the sports. We are able to integrate with current software as we have previously achieved on numerous occasions. This year we will achieve the same results with the Australian Masters Games, consisting of 59 events and over 10,000 competitors.
