Sportzware Membership (SWM) Communicator is an exciting new communication function coming soon to SWM that will enable league and club administrators to communicate with members by email and SMS through its member database.

SWM Communicator will eliminate the need to login to different systems when communicating with members, creating a one-stop shop for administrators.

SWM Communicator is currently being trialled by two leagues and an official launch date will be announced soon.

SWM Communicator is free* and easy to use and securely accessible online. It is an efficient means of communicating through member databases rather than relying on administrators collating their own email mailing lists or members signing up to third party lists.

Administrators can put members into specific groups – board members, club representatives, volunteers, teams etc - and send email and SMS communications.

Communicator can be used for game and training cancellations, fixture rescheduling, event reminders, board meetings etc and enables administrators to build up a central reference library of communications accessible to other administrators and not lost when staff move on.

A standard WYSIWYG text editor allows administrators to format emails.
